About Hush Puppy

A hush puppy is an oval shaped dumpling of cornmeal that is deep fried and traditionally served with fried catfish. The hush puppy originated from New Orleans.

To make a hush puppy combine cornmeal, flour, egg, salt, baking soda, milk and water in a large bowl. Fry your balls in hot oil for about 5 minutes.

    This film has wonderful shapes and colors. The music is quite disturbing. It's a sort of Clockwork Orange and Pink Floyd... Southern style?? lots of fun.
